Iraqi posters themed on Palestine revealed for Arbaeen

In solidarity with people in Gaza, Iraqi artists have unveiled a series of posters themed on Palestine for this year’s Arbaeen pilgrimage.

The posters, which blend traditional Islamic art with contemporary political messages, aim to draw attention to the Palestinian cause during one of the world’s largest religious gatherings.

Arbaeen, commemorating the 40th day after Imam Hussein's (AS) martyrdom anniversary, draws millions of Muslims from across the globe to Karbala, Iraq.

This year, the pilgrimage's slogan is "Karbala Is the Path to al-Aqsa," which suggests that the pilgrims of Karbala are mindful of the suffering of Gazans during their pilgrimage.
